Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price

We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order shipping date.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Canada & USA)

Standard shipping within Canada and the United States is free on all orders. Express shipping options may be available for additional costs, please contact us to arrange at info@alpinenorth.com.

We are responsible for the deliveries until they are dropped at the customers' designated place. Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the online shopper's responsibility.

Once you have the tracking number, our recommendation is to schedule notifications with the shipping company, to know when the package will be delivered and be attentive, this service is free.

RETURNS

Alpine North will gladly refund items within 30 days of your order shipping date. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. The return form enclosed in your package must be completed and included with the item(s) you are returning.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges if applicable) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days to process refunds once the items are received.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please contact us at info@alpinenorth.com.

Step 1:
  1. Tell us which items you are returning.
  2. Tell us why you are returning your item(s): did not fit, did not like, incorrect item sent, Item damaged, Other, too small, too big, not what I expected.
  3. Enter your order number
Step 2:
  1. Within 1-2 business days, an agent will respond to your email and provide the return form, the address, and the steps to return the item.
  2. Mail your item back to Alpine North within 30 days of the ship date to the address indicated for the agent. Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

    Once we receive your package your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.

    EXCHANGES

    If you wish to exchange the size and/or the color of your purchase, contact us at info@alpinenorth.com.

    Step 1:

    1. Please send us a request at info@alpinenorth.com with the following information and we will be happy to process it for you.
    • Order number
    • Name of the item
    • Change needed (i.e. different size or color)
    Step 2:
    1. Within 1 business day, an agent will respond to your email and provide the exchange form, the address, and the steps to return the item.
    2. To exchange the coat, we need to process a return and after we receive it, we will ship the new item (all the return conditions will apply).
    3. Mail your item back to Alpine North within 30 days of the ship date to the address indicated for the agent. Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

      **Please note that inventory is not guaranteed, and our team will do their best to separate the item in the size and/or color you wish. If the new item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit. 

      SALE ADJUSTMENT

      If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your shipment date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock. This excludes promotional events and sale periods.

      Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item. Sale adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time collections. Additional categories or product exclusions may apply.

      Price Matching: In the event you find a Alpine North product online at a lower price, Alpine North reserves the right to assess price matching on a case by case scenario.
