EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident that you’ll get the right fit and love your Alpine North item. If your item isn’t quite right, you can exchange it, easy and free.

If you wish to exchange the size, color or style* of your purchase, please send us a request at
info@alpinenorth.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item you wish to exchange**
  • Change needed (i.e. different size or color)

After our fulfillment center receives your original item and confirms it meets the return requirements, we will ship your exchange order and send you new tracking details.

Please note that exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items that are returned worn, washed, damaged, stained, scented, altered, missing tags, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If we receive an item that does not meet our return requirements, the return may be refused. The customer may be responsible for any shipping costs required to return the item back to them.

Once your exchange request is approved and a prepaid shipping label is provided, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Exchanges shipped after this 10 day period may be refused and may no longer be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

* If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, a price adjustment may be required if there is a difference in cost.

** Inventory is not guaranteed; our team will do their best to find you a suitable alternative.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes a jacket shows up and it’s not exactly what you hoped for — and that’s okay. Most customers find their perfect fit with a quick exchange, and we’re happy to help you do the same. If you’d still prefer a return, we’ll take care of that too.

Alpine North accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@alpinenorth.com. We’ll provide a free prepaid shipping label once your request is approved.

Once your return or exchange request is approved and a prepaid shipping label is provided, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns or exchanges shipped after this 7-day period may be refused and may no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

If you request a refund, we’ll issue it to your original payment method after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear after your return is processed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please contact us at info@alpinenorth.com.

Step 1 - Tell Us

Please include:

  • Which item(s) you are returning
  • The reason for your return (It helps us improve)
  • Your order number

    Step 2 – Receive Instructions

    Within 2 business days, an agent will respond with:

    • A Return Package Insert to identify your package at the warehouse
    • Instructions for obtaining your prepaid shipping label
    • Print and place the Return Package Insert inside your package. Ship your item using the provided prepaid label.

    Please ship your item within 7 days of receiving your prepaid shipping label. Returns shipped after this period may be refused.

    Step 3 – Notify Us

    Once your return has been shipped, please email us to let us know. This helps us verify your return is in transit and speeds up processing.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive your package and confirm it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Your bank may require additional time to credit your account.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we will review it separately from a standard return or exchange request. Submitting a defect claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, repair reimbursement, or store credit. Each claim is reviewed based on the item, the issue reported, the photos provided, the timing of the claim, product usage, and any other relevant information.

    To start a defect review, please contact us at info@alpinenorth.com and include:

    Your order number
    A clear photo of the full item
    Close up photos of the issue
    A short description of when and how the issue appeared
    Any relevant details about product use, care, or repair attempts

    After review, Alpine North will determine whether the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect. If the issue is approved as a manufacturing defect, we may offer repair support, repair reimbursement, replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the item, issue, inventory availability, and timing.

    Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, misuse, stains, fading, pilling, alterations, attempted repairs, or external force is not considered a manufacturing defect.
