Third coat

I purchased coat because I had purchased two previously to this coat but the coat wasn’t constructed like the previous two it was cheaply constructed and it felt very lightweight so I decided to return it. I would recommend the older coat, but it doesn’t seem that the design is the same as previously

My Second One

I bought an earlier version of this coat years ago, and it was the best Winter coat I've ever had. I just bought a new one (one size larger), and I like it even more! I often work outside in very cold weather, and this coat keeps me toasty and warm. I love that it's vegan, and I look forward to wearing it for many years to come.

Poor communication

I’ve reached out to you with emails for information on getting an exchange for a different size. I’ve heard nothing back from you. It’s been over five days.

You need this

I was a little hesitated about purchasing this brand. I had a super warm (but heavy) coat from The Roots which i had for years which i got for like $399 (and that's almost 10 years ago, lol)
This coat is super inexpensive, I wasn't sure about the quality,, but I decided to give it a try anyway, for a $165 not gonna break my bank. The moment I received the jacket, I was like OMG, this jacket is sooo beautiful and well made. I live in MA and we recently had couple of heavy snow, and today at 17f plus super wind (feels like 6F) i still stay warm. The coat itself is a bit heavy, but it's so worth it....very styling and not very bulky looking. I feel like it does run slightly big, but perfect if you want to layer or wear something a bit thicker for the winter. I recommend...most importantly, this is vegan, so no animals are harmed while I am still cozy and warm
