Alpine North Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms
1. Eligibility
The Alpine North Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Alpine North, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the contest period:
Follow Alpine North on at least one social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok).
Like the giveaway post on Alpine North’s social media.
Register for the giveaway using the official form linked in the post.
Each participant who completes the three steps above will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
3. Bonus Entries
Participants can earn additional chances to win by:
Tagging up to four (4) friends in the giveaway post comments.
If the participant wins, each tagged friend also wins a jacket.
Sharing the giveaway post on their personal social account (publicly visible) to receive an additional prize upgrade — slippers and a beanie — bringing the total prize package value to over $2,000 CAD.
4. Contest Period
The contest begins on November 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM [Time Zone] on November 12, 2025.
Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be accepted.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) Alpine North winter jacket (approx. retail value: up to $385 CAD).
Bonus Prizes:
If the winner tagged friends, up to four (4) tagged friends will each receive one (1) Alpine North jacket (value up to $385 CAD each).
If the winner shared the post, they will also receive one (1) pair of Alpine North slippers ($55 CAD) and one (1) beanie ($30 CAD).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
The draw will take place on or about November 14, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email or direct message within five (5) business days of selection and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be reached, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Alpine North may use their name, likeness, and social handle for promotional purposes related to the contest without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Alpine North reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the contest.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or generated by automated means will be void.
All decisions by Alpine North are final and binding.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for administering the contest and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
