Excellent quality, beautiful coat! Love the soft as silk fur around the collar instead of fleece. I bought 2 different coats and my daughter and I both love our coats. Rich colors too.
This coat is, by far, the warmest I've ever owned. Their description says they're created to be warm enough with just a baselayer and they're not exaggerating. I live in the Adirondack Park in NY and needed something warmer, yet not restrictive, for walking my dog. This coat is perfect! I bought a medium so I can wear layers, if necessary on subzero and windy days. I normally wear a small. I fits exactly as I wanted - a bit loose, but not too big. I love that it's vegan, using no feathers or fur. Highly recommend this coat and will purchase other styles in the future.
Beautiful, beautiful coat! Its hard to find a great quality coat at a somewhat affordable price point (I was lucky to shop this coat the day Alpine North ran a 50% off sale, so I got a GREAT deal) that isn't made of that shiny material featured on many winter parkas. It is a true, deep green, and I love that the waist has elastic drawstrings to give a more fitted shape. I also love the built-in wristbands for keeping hands warm and preventing cold air from blowing up the sleeves. The zipper is high-quality, and I love the faux fur feature around the hood that can be removed. I am 5'7 and 135 lbs, curvy hips, typically wearing a size 6 and this falls right above my knees, which is perfect. I was torn between getting the Small and Medium and so glad I decided to get the Small-- it fits perfectly with enough room for a shirt/hoodie underneath (which is about as thick as I go), and a Medium would have been too much extra space and made me look too bulky (which was one of the main things I was trying to avoid in getting a new parka). I haven't worn this in the dead of winter yet, but can tell it will keep me plenty warm here in Ohio-- it is plenty insulated, and the durable outer shell is waterproof/windproof. Very happy to have found this after my old parka of 12 years finally bit the dust. Hoping to get just as many years out of it :)
In the three websites that I viewed the deep green coat on, the all appeared the same. Upon arrival I was surprised at how different the color was in person. Online it appeared much more muted and cool toned. In person it is definitely a deep forest green.
